Age Restriction: The sona11 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. sona11 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until the matter is resolved to sona11's satisfaction.
All transactions on the sona11 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). sona11 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual game or bonus minimum deposit requirements may differ and will be stated in the relevant game or promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sona11 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances, including real-money funds, at sona11's sole discretion:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from sona11 without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sona11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
sona11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sona11 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practical, we will also notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.
Your continued use of the sona11 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation or version rendered in another language, the English version shall prevail and take precedence in all cases.
